How do I place an order?
Please book the piece of your choice with your selected dates through our website. Orders are only confirmed once payment is made and receipt is sent. Please ensure payment is made within 12 hours and receipt has been sent through IG dm/email. All unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 12 hours.
What if I want to extend my rental period?
We currently offer extended rental periods of 4/8/14/20 days! At the moment, we are not accepting rentals that are longer than what is offered.
Do I wash the item before returning?
No need! Cleaning is on us. Items borrowed will be cleaned and steamed before delivery. Renters are strongly advised not to iron the item to prevent damages.
What if the item needs to be exchanged?
The item must be sent back within 12 hours for an exchange of another item or a partial refund. Items exchanged after 12 hours can be refunded through full store credit.
Can I fit the item beforehand?
We'd be happy to have you fit our items. Schedule a fitting through this form. We will also be participating in weekend pop-ups where we’d love for you to try on our clothes!
How do I get my item delivered?
You will receive a reminder of your rental one day prior. On the day of your rental, we will notify you that your item is ready for pick-up between 3-6 pm. Upon receiving this notification, you may arrange for your preferred courier. The item will be provided in appropriate packaging.
What if I damage the item?
Please return the item for assessment by our partner atelier. Any damages will be evaluated, and the appropriate charges will be applied to the renter.
What happens if I lose the item?
Lost items will incur a fee of the current market value. An invoice will be sent to your email and the renter will be charged accordingly.
What happens if I return the item late?
Late items will incur a daily fee of 10% of the total rental price per item unless we are notified at least 12 hours in advance. Renters must provide a reason for the delay. An item is considered lost if not returned within 7 days after the last rental date, and the renter will be charged the current selling price of the item.
Do you offer insurance?
We offer insurance for minor damages. You may choose to pay an additional insurance fee of PHP 250 before checking out.
What if I need to cancel my order?
All paid items canceled within 12 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Paid items cancelled after 12 hours can only be refunded through store credit.
Lender's FAQs
What kind of pieces can be lent?
Occasion wear; dresses, tops, and bottoms, or any piece you’d love to give a second life to.
Please ensure that your item is is in excellent condition, with an SRP of PHP 5,000.00 and produced within the last 10 years.
Where will my pieces be stored?
Your pieces will be stored safely with the Continuiti team at our headquarters. Once successfully rented out, they will be delivered to the customer for their selected rental period of 4/8/14/20 days.
How long will you be keeping my items?
We have a minimum duration period of one month. The start and end time of the rent is decided upon final agreement and signing with us.
What if I want to use the piece I put up for rent?
You can choose to pull out your item and we will take care of delivering it back to you. Please inform us 10 days before. Should there be no conflict with the rental schedule, the item will be delivered back to you immediately.
How much will I be making?
Your commission will be determined by the pricing tier of your item.
Our team evaluates pieces based on their suggested retail price (SRP), material complexity, popularity, and care requirements.
These factors influence the final commission amount. At Continuiti, we promise to always send you a proposed commission rate for your review, ensuring all parties agree on the final price.
Will I be able to track the status of my items?
Yes, you will be sent a lender's tracker that will include information on when your item is being rented out. You may also view how much profit you are making based on real time updates.
Do I wash my own garments?
No need! Cleaning is on us.
